No. When you entrust your project to Chatel Paysage, you receive a precise and transparent quote. If you wish to add work during the project, an additional quote will be drawn up and approved before any work is carried out.
It all depends on the scope of your project. Here are a few guidelines:
- Complete terrace: £600 to £1,000 per square metre
- Garden: £300 to £500 per square metre
- 6 x 4 metre swimming pool: price on quotation (depending on configuration and finishes)
- Natural swimming pond: from €50,000 for an 8 x 4 m pond with integrated regeneration zone
A detailed quote is always provided before any commitment is made.
When you call us, we will arrange an on-site appointment to assess your land. Our landscapers will take note of your requirements, advise you and identify possible solutions. The time it takes to receive your quote varies depending on the type of project:
- 1 week for simple work,
- 15 days to 3 weeks for a complete landscaping project.
Once approved, the quote is signed, a 30% deposit is required, and we then plan your project.
